All balloons are made to order. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

We do allow for a 30 minute grace period for you to notify us of all issues regarding the balloon. We will be more than happy to resolve the issue. Whether it is within 30 minutes after pick up or when you received the delivered package.

Not accepted: Design change, flower placement, lettering placement.
