What you need is:
1 cup of heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup of rose petals (organic and free of pesticides)
3 tablespoon of rose water
3/4 cups of white sugar
2 1/4 cups of milk
1/2 cup of toasted pistachios (if you're allergic to nuts, substitute with raspberries)
Clean the rose petals, make sure that all the whites are taken off the bottom.
Put the cream, sugar, rose petals, half of the toasted pistachios, and milk into a pot. Simmer on low heat until there's a foam ring.
Transfer this over to a container and let it chill. No need to exceed chilling overnight.
Once the content is chilled, pour it into the ice cream maker.
have the content chill in the freezer until hardened
